7Q's with Gentri Lee

Bonus blog entry!

1. Describe your perfect day: Sleep a little late, get in some morning loving, have a nice breakfast in bed, spend the morning roaming the museums and downtown of St. Petersburg with Jason & Julian, eat lunch at Ceviche’s, read & take an afternoon nap in the park, drive home and drop Juju off with a my in-laws for the night, get my hair and makeup done at a salon, have sushi at Shiki and go see a show or concert at Ruth EckerdHall, go to the beach afterward and look at the moon and listen to the waves, stop for a flight at Barley Mow before heading home .
2. What was something that you were afraid of as a child? Literal skeletons coming out of my closet. Wolves too.
3. What's something you're afraid of today? SHARKS!
4. Would you rather be obsessed with yourself or someone else?
Ugh, neither, but if I had to choose, probably someone else.
5. What is a favorite restaurant that you could visit over and over and never get sick of? La Teresita
6. What is one food you used to hate but now enjoy? Asparagus
7. Fill in the blank: Star ________. Star gazing- especially in isolated places.

Shades

September 14th~

Ugh, the glut of the buffet. I wish Julian would eat more and I could eat less! Here's my cool guy showing off his new shades.

Chopsticks

August 10-
"Dry Brush" filter effect on photo

We ended up at Chopsticks tonight. Jason got his frog legs. I got my sushi and green tea ice cream. Julian... ate some stuff. I forget what. He can still be so awful in restaurants. He has such a hard time sitting still. He also still doesn't have any volume control. Anyway, I also ate some honey chicken so I'll probably feel not-so-hot tomorrow. MSG does not agree with me. Still I like this restaurant. The food selection is great and fresh and the decor is to die for!

A Nice Day

Friday, May 18, 2012~

Such a nice day... We met up with daddy for lunch and then ran errands. I know once Julian starts school this fall, our schedule will be much more rigid and my morning errands will be done solo. Sometimes it's a pain to have to reign in a 4 year old at the store, but I'll miss these moments and the real, unposed little smiles he bestows on me when we're out and about.

Tonight Jason picked up sushi from our favorite little place and we just hung out here at home. I really don't mind a quiet Friday night these days. We still get out a bit during the week. Jason and I have just been eating up Season 2 of LOST and we have ways of entertaining ourselves so even a night in isn't boring!
