Saturday's prayer had to do with "back home". Today you can pray for 2 things:

1. Nothing happens at home that would be a distraction from being obedient to God
2. The health of family and friends

This is more important than it may initially seem. I think when the devil seeks to discourage us, he often goes after the people we care about. It's indirect enough that we can't always identify it as spiritual warfare right away, but it's the dirtiest kind. It takes great faith to truly trust God with the lives of loved ones.
