Sunday's request are bout cultural adjustment. I think I know a bit about Chinese culture. Even before this trip was conceived of, I'd read quite a few books about China. I know a few Chinese people and have had conversations about what it's like. Still, head knowledge can often lead to expectations and rarely do things meet their expectation- in good or bad ways. So please don't assume that because I dig all things Asian, I won't have challenges. Here are the requests:

• that I would adjust well to all of the differences between America and China (and India and Nepal)
• that I would avoid being judgmental
• that I'd be able to eat anything that new friends may offer
