Today is my little sister's 30th birthday. She's way over in Texas so I won't get to celebrate it with her. It's funny, when you're a kid and you think of being a grown up, you just kind of assume your siblings will be nearby. I guess for some families that is true, but not ours. It's a little sad, but it's also how we grew up, so it's not too surprising.
