Grin and Bear It

My poor little boy... He wouldn't let me take a picture of his poor bruised up arms for some reason. He had his 4 year check up today, which unfortunately included some vaccinations. He hates shots more than anything so it was pretty miserable. He was unhappy the rest of the day so I was shocked that he put on a great big smile for the photo. Figures, I wanted one with tears and band-aids and misery, 'cause that true. I guess we learn early on to force smiles.
